When you subscribe, Exam Pal collects the following data:

Private Subscriptions (adults purchasing on the behalf of children): First Name, Last Name and Email Address

School Subscriptions: First Name and Last Name of each user along with the School Name.

Tutor Subscriptions: First Name and Last Name of each user including the Tutor.

Exam Pal may also receive your data from the following sources:

Contact form: If you use the contact us form on the contact page, you will provide your name and email address. This information is only used to contact you back to answer your query and the data will not be stored outside of the SMTP servers used for receiving and sending emails.


How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Paypal with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you pay for the subscription using Paypal. Payment of all orders are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store any credit/debit card or additional data that you may provide to PayPal in order to make payment and complete checkout.

Data for a school is provided directly by the school.

Data for a tutor is provided directly by the tutor.

Data is collected when a user completes a test. This data is used solely to show the score for a test. We do don't use this data for any purpose other than to display for the user for the purpose to to track progress. Tutors and Schools have access to this data for the subscriptions they purchase.


How will we use your data?

Exam Pal collects your data for the purpose so that we can process your order and manage your account.


How do we store your data?

Exam Pal securely stores your data with our website hosting company. We keep this data until your subscription ends. Once the subscription ends, all the data is deleted.


Marketing & Social Media

We do not send any marketing material to our users.

We respect the privacy of all of our users, and we do not publish details of any of our users, tutors or schools on our social media pages for marketing purposes or for any other purpose.
